Being persecuted, hated, and reviled is … good??? We must walk a balanced walk. The sum of thy words is truth! Being persecuted falsely as opposed to persecuted for truth.  You are not the only person that pays for your sin (1 Chronicles  21:1).What is this business about ‘prophets’(Num 11:29)??? Beatitudes come full cirlce like His Story. Persecuted means “run out of town” not just a tongue lashing.  Inheriting a hundredfold with persecution.  Righteousness of God in Christ Jesus.  Characteristics of the Kingdom of Heaven.

The world is conforming us!  Duh! (see Romans 12:2)! Matthew 5:29 Pluck out your eye and cut off your hand! Adultery in our heart? Romans says the just shall live by faith and go from faith to faith. No wonder the world is trying to kill faith! God has given us each a MEASURE of faith (Romans 12:3). Make the tree good! The tree makes the fruit good - not the other way around! Come to Jesus and He will clean you up (James 4:8) - just ask Zaccheus  (Luke 19:1-9)! How do we find this Jesus?

Ok - I also look at the other side of the story for you fuddy duddies!  Witches - familiar spirits! 

Bottom line is we are supposed to walk after the spirit - so don’t be surprised by spiritual stuff!
